Terms of use

These Terms govern use of Vazmo Smart Fix, a document understanding, workflow, reminder and draft-template platform operated by Nero Panda LTD, a private limited company registered in England and Wales. Vazmo is a trading name used by Nero Panda LTD.

1. What Vazmo does

Vazmo helps users upload or describe UK paperwork and receive AI-assisted summaries, key dates, risk indicators, evidence checklists, reminders and draft wording such as emails, complaint drafts or formal letters. The service is designed to turn confusing documents into a practical action pack.

2. What Vazmo does not do

Vazmo is not a solicitor, law firm, barrister, regulated financial adviser, debt adviser, immigration adviser, claims management company, medical provider, government body, emergency service or public authority. Vazmo does not conduct litigation, represent users, submit court documents, give regulated immigration advice, give medical diagnosis, provide regulated financial advice or guarantee any outcome.

3. General information only

All outputs are general information and draft support only. AI can misunderstand documents, miss deadlines, misread scanned images, omit relevant context or generate wording that is unsuitable. Users must check every date, amount, name, reference number, legal point and draft before relying on it or sending it.

4. Professional help triggers

If a case involves court proceedings, enforcement, eviction, immigration status, tax penalties, regulated debt advice, regulated financial matters, medical issues, criminal allegations, employment tribunal deadlines, large financial loss, safeguarding, emergency risk or anything urgent, users should contact a qualified professional, relevant authority or emergency service immediately.

5. User responsibilities

Users are responsible for uploading lawful documents, having the right to process any third-party information, keeping account details secure, checking AI outputs, deciding what action to take and retaining copies of important documents. Users must not use Vazmo to harass, deceive, defraud, impersonate, threaten, evade law enforcement, create false evidence or submit misleading documents.

6. Payments, credits and subscriptions

Free cases, referral rewards, top-ups and plan allowances are provided subject to fair use and may be changed or withdrawn where abuse is suspected. Paid cases are digital services delivered immediately. Top-ups buy account balance for eligible Smart Fix usage. Subscriptions provide the monthly case allowance described at checkout or in the billing page.

7. No refund policy

Because Smart Fix outputs, document processing and templates are digital services delivered immediately, used cases, generated outputs, account top-ups, referral bonuses, SMS reminder fees and subscription periods are non-refundable except where required by law. If a subscription is cancelled, the user may continue to use the service until the end of the paid period; no partial refund is due unless required by law.

8. AI and third-party providers

Vazmo may use third-party AI, payment, hosting, email, SMS, security and analytics providers to operate the service. Availability can be affected by API outages, payment processor issues, hosting incidents, maintenance or internet connectivity. Vazmo does not guarantee uninterrupted operation.

9. Payments and checkout

Card top-ups and subscriptions may be processed through NeroPay, Stripe or other enabled providers. Payment provider terms may also apply. Vazmo does not store full card numbers in this script; card handling should remain with the enabled checkout provider.

10. Account suspension

Vazmo may suspend or restrict accounts where there is suspected abuse, fraud, chargeback abuse, security risk, unlawful use, excessive automated requests, malicious files, disputed identity, payment failure or breach of these Terms.

11. Liability limit

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vazmo and Nero Panda LTD are not liable for loss caused by user reliance on unchecked AI outputs, missed deadlines, incorrect user uploads, third-party outages, failed appeals, unsuccessful complaints, professional fees, business interruption, loss of profit, indirect loss or consequential loss. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under law.
